Meetings

Board Workshops are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7 PM at the Municipal Building located at 3205 Big Road.
Regular Monthly Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 PM at the Municipal Building located at 3205 Big Road, Zieglerville, PA 19492.

Workshops and regular meetings are open to the public.

Purpose

Upper Frederick Township is a Second Class Township of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and operates under the Second Class Township Code. The Upper Frederick Township Board of Supervisors is charged with the responsibility of governing the Township and consists of 3 township residents elected at large to 6 year terms. The Board enacts local laws (ordinances) and resolutions, issues proclamations, approves land use and land development plans, makes all policy decisions, levies taxes, adopts the annual budget, approves expenditures, affirms the hiring and termination of employees and appoints residents to serve on Township Boards and Commissions.
